TMTG teamed up with @Cryptocom and Yorkville to help launch $MCGA ("Make CRO Great Again") - a new public company building a major digital asset treasury around the $CRO token.

At the same time, TMTG entered a major all-stock merger with TAE Technologies, one of the top fusion energy companies. After closing (targeted for mid-2026), TMTG and TAE shareholders will each own ~50% of the combined public company.

The plan: develop America's first utility-scale fusion power plants (starting at 50 MWe, scaling to 350–500 MWe).

Why does this matter for the future?
AI is exploding — and Cryptocom CEO @Kris Marszalek just made a massive personal bet on it by buying AI(dot)com for $70 million (paid in crypto) to build a consumer platform for autonomous AI agents. Massive AI data centers need enormous amounts of clean, reliable, always-on power… exactly what commercial fusion could deliver.

Crypto + AI + Fusion energy. One ecosystem seeing huge convergence.
