Find one token you want to be long and one you want to be short. Rebalance them back to 50/50 forever with an agent (btw who's building this?).
That's it.
If it smells like a scam, it's probably a good short.
If it looks like a quality token, it's probably a good long.
The only thing left is to package that into a synthetic portfolio.
